Making Future Collaboration

FRIDAY 08 JULY, 11AM - 5PM

Broadway, Nottingham

Conference, Artists Talks & Digital Innovation Research Presentations:

Evan Roth & Aram Bartholl (Fat Lab)

Regine Debattty (We Make Money Not Art)

The fusion of digital technologies, art and design has given birth to pioneering new approaches to creation that are playful, disruptive, functional and responsive. It has also enabled collaborative projects to be conceived and developed remotely across vast distances.

The final Making Future Work forum will bring together all the commissioned artists research projects. The commissions cover diverse areas of research, but have a common thread of collaboration and developement of hybrid practice. Each project may differ in its method of creation and participation but through research and experiementation all push at boundaries to question and develop existing practices.

In this day event, the commissioned artists will present their final research projects alongside inspirational digital innovators and collaborators.
